Meet our client—an unmarried man with a passion for cooking. To cater to his culinary enthusiasm, I made some strategic design changes. Firstly, I altered the layout of the guest bathroom to create more room for the kitchen, allowing for expanded meal prep areas. Additionally, I envisioned a dedicated bar space, perfect for relaxed breakfasts and coffee indulgence.

Harnessing the space's original elongated layout, I crafted a 20-foot-long TV cabinet and tall storage unit. This design choice elongates the visual impact upon entering, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the breathtaking outdoor scenery visible through the floor-to- ceiling windows. Moreover, I replaced a room partitioning wall with a transparent glass folding door, adding a versatile touch. With adjustable switches, the space's dynamics can be effortlessly transformed, offering enhanced adaptability to various lifestyle needs.
