  • Orientation meeting to review and confirm goals, scope, inspiration, style, and functional needs

Step 2: Design

  • Preliminary budgets and schedules

  • Initial floor plans and concept designs, selecting a concept design

  • Further development of the design towards the final selections for finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, using drawings and renderings as visual aids

  • Construction documentation created for all interior design details, including floor plans, elevations, electrical and lighting, custom millwork or furniture, and finish schedules

  • Receive quotes from vendors and bids from contractors

  • Final design presentation and budget for approval

Step 3: Fulfill

  • Purchasing of all finishes, fixtures, and furnishings

  • Management of shipping, receiving, and inspection

  • Permit submittals, as needed

  • Construction administration, typically meets on-site on an as-needed basis, to answer questions, check work for quality and adherence to the design, and handle any unforeseen issues that may come up

  • Post-construction walkthrough for any deficiencies

Step 4: Installation + Styling

  • Delivery, installation, and styling of furniture, fixtures, accessories, and art

Step 5: Project Closure

  • Post-installation walkthrough for any deficiencies

  • Deficiencies resolution in a timely manner

  • Professional photography to show the before-and-after

  • Final invoices and project documentation for your records
