Step 2: Design
Preliminary budgets and schedules
Initial floor plans and concept designs, selecting a concept design
Further development of the design towards the final selections for finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, using drawings and renderings as visual aids
Construction documentation created for all interior design details, including floor plans, elevations, electrical and lighting, custom millwork or furniture, and finish schedules
Receive quotes from vendors and bids from contractors
Final design presentation and budget for approval
Step 3: Fulfill
Purchasing of all finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
Management of shipping, receiving, and inspection
Permit submittals, as needed
Construction administration, typically meets on-site on an as-needed basis, to answer questions, check work for quality and adherence to the design, and handle any unforeseen issues that may come up
Post-construction walkthrough for any deficiencies
Step 4: Installation + Styling
Delivery, installation, and styling of furniture, fixtures, accessories, and art
Step 5: Project Closure
Post-installation walkthrough for any deficiencies
Deficiencies resolution in a timely manner
Professional photography to show the before-and-after
Final invoices and project documentation for your records
